CA Govind Batra is the senior most partner of the firm and has been serving the profession since January 1999. His carrier started with being a partner in the Audit Firm in the name and style “Batra Khandelwal And Co” along with Six Chartered Accountants, where he was one of the senior partners. After retiring from the above said Audit Firm, he is exclusively associated with “Batra & Batra”.
He is a qualified “Information Systems Auditor” and holds various certificates. He has completed the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks, Certificate Course on Arbitration arranged by ICAI & Certified Course on Audits of Co-Operative Societies. He is also an Empanelled Peer Reviewer of the ICAI. He is one of the Faculty members in ICAI panel for conducting course in Concurrent audit at all India level.
His focused approach towards work has lead every assignment to be successful and under his able guidance the firm has been able to prosper and progress.
He has proficient experience in Bank Audits, Finance & Direct Taxes which are his core areas of practice, wherein he has also dealt with assessment and appeal proceedings.
He is also associated with various professional as well as social organisations including NAG Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce, Vidarbha Tax Practitioner Association of Nagpur, Income Tax Bar Nagpur, Sales Tax Practitioner Association of Maharashtra and many more.

CA Preetam Batra is the founder partner of Batra & Batra Chartered Accountants and established the Audit Firm in 2003 and has been serving the profession since then. His acumen spans across the areas of Finance, Internal Audits, Forensic Audits and System Audits.
He has completed the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks, Certificate Course on Forensic Audit, Certified Course on Audits of Co-Operative Societies & also Participated in Certificate Course of IFRS conducted by the ICAI.
His strengths include excellent communication and management skills which is portrayed by the fact that he is a National Faculty on GST recognised by ICAI.
His management skills have been a key factor in building a team with diverse skill sets and a common goal of providing best possible solutions to clients.
He has been providing professional consultancy services to various corporate houses and organisations from varied backgrounds.
He is conversant in handling internal audit assignments in SAP environment and has also been providing Forex related advisory to various PSUs and Fund Management consultancy services.
He is a member of the GST Practitioners Association of Maharashtra & JCI Club of Orange City and also associated with numerous organisations including Nagpur Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce, Punjab Seva Samaj, Nagpur & VMV College of commerce.

CA Chandan Patel possesses an extensive experience as his professional journey started back in 2003, with being a partner in the Audit Firm, "Patel Madan Malpani And Co” where he had been one of the senior partners. Thereafter, he has been exclusively associated with "Batra & Batra" since 2016.
He is a qualified “Information Systems Auditor” and holds Certificate of Course on Audit of Co-operative Societies.
He is an expert in Direct Tax and holds immense exposure in the field. His core areas of practice also include Indirect taxation, Finance and Bank Audits.
His gracious attitude and a golden heart have always inspired the team to find the good in themselves and in the job.
He is also associated with several professional and social organisations which include, Income Tax Bar, Nagpur, Sales Tax Bar Association, Nagpur, VMV College of commerce, Patidar Yuvak Mandal, Patidar Samaj, Giants group of Nagpur Green city to name a few.

CA Pushpak Bakliwal

CA Pushpak Bakliwal is associated with the firm since 2011, soon after attaining COP from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has completed the Certificate Course on Audit of Co-operative Societies.
He holds expertise in the fields of Direct & Indirect Taxation, Bank Audits, Project Financing, preparation of detailed Project Reports, TEV Analysis, Debt syndications and ROC related compliances and is well accomplished at providing services regarding Company Law matters & MCA services including ROC Search Reports & Charge.
His core competency includes Preparation of various agreements and deeds and Providing consultancy for the accounting and better adherence to the accounting standards.
He possesses efficient analytical skills to interpret complex business problems and develop dynamic solutions and has played diverse and important roles in organisations.
He has also been actively conducting Statutory audits, Income tax audits, Concurrent audits & Stock Audits.
He is the joint secretary of “Parindey Youth Foundation (NGO)” and is associated with the Jain Seva Sangh, Nagpur.

CA Navin J Choudhary

CA Navin Jagdish Choudhary has been in the profession since 2012. He started his carrier as a partner in the Audit Firm, “Sangtani Choudhary & Associates” Chartered Accountants. After retiring from the said Firm, he has worked in individual capacity and eventually joined Batra & Batra, Chartered Accountants in the year 2014.
He has completed Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks.
His prime exposure is in the fields of Direct & Indirect Taxation, Company Law, Project Finance and Various Government Subsidies.
He has carried out varied Tax Audits involving compilation of reports and overall supervision of the Audit. He has also conducted various Bank and Government Audits.
He is a gentle professional and is known for his perseverance and for accomplishing projects effectively.
He is associated with the Income Tax Practitioners Association, Wardha, Bhartiya Yuva Shakti Trust, Wardha & Punjab Seva Samaj Wardha and Nagpur.
